The State of Voiceover in 2026
The “State of Voiceover in 2026 Survey” is sponsored by The National Association of Voice Actors Foundation. No profit has been generated from this survey, and it is for educational purposes only. No identifying information (i.e. name, address, email, IP address, etc.) was collected from any respondents.
The survey was published on January 22, 2026, and closed on February 22, 2026. 1,379 responses were collected in total.
The participants in this survey came from 3 main sources:
- A few unsponsored posts on Instagram, Facebook, and various social media.
- Voiceover-specific Facebook groups including but not limited to NAVA members group, Voice Actors of NYC, The Gardner Collective, VO School Podcast, VO Mamas, Voiceover Pros, VOcation- Voiceover, and more.
- The NAVA contact list of around 4000 voice actors and voiceover professionals.
